Earlier this week I had a session with Chelsea in Stillwater. Let me just say that Chelsea and her mom were great sports. Most of the ideas I had to work along the water front and on the main bridge in town were completely shot due to 30 mph winds coming from the south. Read more.. »

Earlier this week I had a session with Amanda. She had a perfect day for her session. The light was perfect, with just a little wind, not too bad. Her mom joined us on the shoot and at the beginning of the session we were joined by her friend Katie, who I had a chance to work with last fall.

Last week I had a session with Jessica along one of the best known lakes in Minneapolis. For Jessica’s session we were joined by her mom and her boyfriend, which is a fun dynamic to add during a session. Yes, that’s a junkyard. It’s a first for me. For Josh we wanted his session to be a real guys guy session. I do a done of sessions with young women and love those sessions, but when I get a chance to go completely masculine it is a very good day.

Early on Saturday morning I had a session with Lindsay. We were joined by her mom and one of her friends. For her session she wanted bright and bold colors (grafitti specifically). For a second setting she wanted to put on a pair of boots with heels and show off her legs that go on forever. Read more.. »
