On Sunday afternoon I had a session with Brittany…..finally! Her session marks the final class of 2012 session. For anyone outside the Minneapolis area, we had the second rainiest May on record, something like 9.5″. Simply unreal. For Brittany, Sunday was our 3rd attempt and we had a beautiful day to photograph. This evening I get to present the images and work through her order. Tomorrow I will be in full on production mode. With a little luck I will have everything ready to hand off by next Monday. Welcome to the fast track!
On Saturday I photographed Michael & Joanna’s wedding which was a blast. Watch for those images in the very near future.
For Brittany, we had some city park images, some “hippie chick” images, some images in a field, and pretty much a bit of everything. It was just what I needed, a little photographic gumbo!
I really enjoyed watching the interaction between Brittany and her mom. As a parent of 4 crazy kids, I love giving ‘em a hard time. I swear, my girls developed “the look” before they could talk. I just laughed as I saw “the look” going back at Brittany’s mom. As our kids head off for school, it’s their expressions that we see when we close our eyes at night, those goofy moments that add spice to life.
