Recently I’ve been working on a project for an Anoka area dentist Dr. Eric Ness at Anoka-Ramsey Dental. (By the way, if you’re in need of an awesome dentist I highly recommend Dr. Ness!) He is in the process of updating his website and for part of the site there will be a testimonial section with images of some of the people he has worked with.

On Sunday afternoon I had a session with the Peterson family.  Imagine 3 generations at the house for Sunday dinner, the Vikings game playing in the background and all the excitement that goes with it.  I’m sure it sounds like so many homes across America on any given Sunday in December. I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend.  In Minneapolis we had the perfect holiday weekend–absolutely beautiful.  I’m starting to get the winter itch.  Its time to get into the snow and start making some cool images.

Before that session I was able to photograph Andrea & Chad’s family. Then on July 27th and July 31st I got to work with Scott & Yolanda’s family and Chad & Michelle’s family respectively. Last Saturday I had a session with the Pearson family.  Hands down, this was one of my favorite sessions of the year.  Bruce and Dee have a beautiful family, but there is more to this session for me than just the images.  To better explain I’ll need to back up more than 25 years. Read more.. »

Last week Natasha’s cousin Johanna and husband Ryan welcomed their second child into this world, a 9 lb baby girl Victoria.  After they got home from the hospital I stopped over with camera in hand, so at 3 days old Victoria has already had her first portrait session.  Read more.. »
