This past week I worked with the Prigge family.  I went to college with the dad and to this day he is still one of my best friends.  Earlier in December they welcomed child #4 into the world, so this has been a very exciting time for them.

I have 4 kids.  Beatrice is 11, Sophie is 9, Clara is 6 and Mr.Jack is 5.  Bea & Clara take violin lessons at MacPhail Center for Music.  It has been really cool to see how their interest in music and their talent on the violin fostered by their teach Linda.  My Niece Amanda who graduated from high school this past year also took lessons from Linda when she was 6 years old.  So we have know Linda for the better part of 12 years!  Our kids love Linda, so this session was very near and dear to my heart.

I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend.  In Minneapolis we had the perfect holiday weekend–absolutely beautiful.  I’m starting to get the winter itch.  Its time to get into the snow and start making some cool images.

About 2 weeks ago I had the privilege of working with the Uetz family.  This was a really cool session not only because they are a wonderful family, but because Lanette and my wife Natasha were high school classmates in Iowa.  They saw each other at a class reunion this past summer (no, I’m not going to say how many years).
