On Monday afternoon I had a session with Emily. Don’t tell Emily this, but this is one of the coolest session of the season for me. Not only does she have totally cute freckles and awesome hair, but Natasha and I have watched Emily grow up before our very eyes.
When I was in high school, Emily’s parents were youth leaders at our church. I can remember Emily as a newborn and I can remember her as a very precoscious kindergartener. She was (and still is) absolutely hilarious. One of my favorite things about a blog is being able to embarass people from time to time.
For Emily’s session we went to St.Paul. I was really interested in showcasing her skin tone and great hair. Creating images with a timeless feel was very important to the family too.
