Last week I had a session with Hannah in Minneapolis. For Hannah the assignment was to do something unexpected, some places that you wouldn’t normally think of as senior portrait locations. No parks, no “leaning against a tree” images (which I hate anyway), something fresh.
For Hannah’s session I’ll share that we were in uptown. I’ll also tell you that the beginning images were in a popular coffee shop, but nothing like a Starbucks, Caribou Coffe or Dunn Brothers. Beyond that you’ll have to drag it out of Hannah.
There were some other places in Uptown where I was drawn to strong shapes & colors. Again….mum is the word. I will share that we were near Lake Calhoun for some of the final images.
I loved working with Hannah. She was a breath of fresh air. She just relaxed and rolled with it and really made for a fun session.
Thanks for a fun afternoon Hannah! Enjoy your sneak peek,
BT
