On Saturday afternoon I had the honor of working with Katherine.  We were joined by her mom and had a great time together on location.We had a perfect late summer afternoon, perfect sun and not much wind, which is really important with beautiful long hair.  For Katherine we wanted elements that were more natural, structures with worn wood and things from a rural setting.  At the same time we wanted to utilize some of the walkways in and around Minneapolis that are lush & green and look spectacular this time of the year.

More than anything we wanted Katherine’s images to feel natural and sincere.  She looks so at ease and as someone wrote on my Facebook page, “This young lady looks as if she is everyone’s best friend!”  I couldn’t agree more.
