Last Wednesday I had the honor of working with Kelsey.  Last summer I had a great time working with her sister Elle, so when her mom called a couple weeks ago and wanted to set up a session for Kelsey, I was stoked.  Normally I start every session with a consultation, 45 minutes where I get to connect with my client ahead of time and come up with a game plan for the session.  In Kelsey’s case, I took a different approach.  They stopped at the house and picked me up, met Kelsey and I asked her to tell me where she wanted to shoot.  We stayed in the Anoka area and picked a place along the Rum River with a train bridge.

From the images you can tell that Kelsey is a musician and a person with her own sense of style.  She is a person with a free spirit, which is so fun to work with.  People who are free spirited tend to warm up to the camera and show a wide range of expression.  Kelsey was exactly that and was a real treat to work with.
Awesome job Kelsey.  Enjoy your sneak peek,
BT
