Last week I had session #2 with Micah.  Her family joined us toward the end of the session for some images.  Her awesome dog even got in on the action!

Here are some images from our session last week.  Scroll down further and the images from this spring are also included for your viewing enjoyment.

Great job all around Micah.  There are some absolutely striking images here, things I would be proud to display in my client room for my next update!

Enjoy!

** From original post on 5/15/12 **

On Saturday morning I had a mini-session with Micah.  She is one of the class of 2013 Tice Photography ambassadors.  2 or 3 years ago I photographed her family and had a blast.  Over the winter I put a note on Facebook which said that Tice Photography was accepting applications for 2013 ambassadors.

When Micah emailed me saying that she was interested, I thought there must be a mistake.  Micah can’t be graduating yet!

As it turns out, Micah is indeed going to be a senior.  I, however, am staying the same age and showing no signs of getting older!  Thanks to being around young people, I too am able to stay young (or so the theory goes).

Micah photographed well when I worked with her before, so when we started the session she already knew what to expect.  But, there was something else happening.  She had grown up!  She was confident and I could tell that she put a great deal of thought into what she was doing.  I don’t know what other photographers call it, but Micah has incredible “range”.  She has a great range of expression and can pull off many different looks.  What a treat to work with her!

Micah, thanks for a fun shoot.  Can’t wait for your full session this summer.
