There are some sessions where everything just clicks. Imagine a family with perfect children that do everything they are asked to do. Imagine loving parents who are totally calm and never get excited about anything. If I had an award ceremony for the class of 2012 seniors, I would have a category called “Stoked for Their Shoot!” Think of a guy who is dragged to a photographer by his mother against his will. Now think of the absolute opposite. That is Britta (pronounced Breeta).

A week ago or so I worked with Kelsey on a Saturday morning. It was a perfect day, sunny without a cloud in the sky, very little wind, and the perfect temp to be on location. With Kelsey’s long hair, having very little wind was a very good thing.

Last Friday I had a session with Izzy in Minneapolis. Before we headed into the city, we started at their home. I enjoy photographing at my clients’ homes for a couple reasons. On Saturday morning I had a session with Madie. Madie is one of the Tice Photography Class of 2012 Ambassadors and has done a great job of getting the word out about Tice Photography. Thanks so much Madie for all that you do!
