On Sunday afternoon I had a session with Paige. We were joined by her mom and her friend Sam. I’m still amazed that I was shooting on location in mid-November in Minneapolis and in my shirt sleeves. This time of year I tell prospective clients that there are no guarantees. I’ll do my best, but this is Minnesota and we are known for snow. We were truly blessed with a perfect day.
When Paige got out of her car I new it was going to be a good session. Even though almost all of the fall leaves are gone, I was still able to find other things to provide golden tones. With Paige’s dark hair, it’s such a great contrast with the backgrounds I like. The length and texture were perfect. It helps too that she has a great smile and fun outlook.
From time to time I’ll put a little challenge in my blog posts just to see if anyone actually reads them. If one of Paige’s friends (or anyone for that matter) can name the specific background in the first two images, I’ll give them a free winter session. It doesn’t need to be the actual location, just the material, the stuff that is behind her. (Paige & Sam, shhhh!) Good luck!
Paige, thanks so much for a fun session. Enjoy your sneak peek!
