On Tuesday evening I had a session with Philip & Mikayla. When Mikayla graduated from high school I did her senior images. Since then she has referred me to several of her friends for wedding photography and have seen her many times over the last few years. Read more.. »
In early October I had the honor of photographing Mary Jo & Andy’s wedding. That had been searching for a wedding photographer online and liked my work. They looked a little further and realized we live just blocks away from each other. It was almost comical.

On Saturday afternoon I had an engagement session with Brian & Shannon. We created their images in Minneapolis and incorporated worn man-made elements with some natural things and could not have asked for a more perfect day. Read more.. »
Last night I was at the Minnesota Twins game. Immediately following the game KTIS hosted a Jars of Clay concert at the Metrodome. A month or so ago the station contacted me about the event and I have been looking forward to it ever since. Read more.. »

Last night I had a great session with Andy & Mary Jo. The afternoon started in the mid to upper 90’s, feeling like a rainforest in Minneapolis, but by 6:00 when we started shooting it had cooled off enough to where it was downright nice to be outside. Last Friday I had the honor of photographing Mark & Carla’s wedding. The ceremony was held at the Como Conservatory, which is becoming one of my favorite locations. After that we headed to The Fountains of Ramsey for the reception. It was a beautiful summer day, perfect for a wedding. Read more.. »

This has been a whirlwind last couple of weeks. High school graduation season is in full gear and summer weddings are gearing up. What an exciting time. When people ask me if I’m busy, my response is “Its like drinking from a firehose!”
